Jackie Richards was born and raised in the Texas panhandle and graduated from Amarillo High School. Jackie was awarded full ride volleyball scholarships to NMSU and UTSA.

Jackie began her journey at Ascension in the 22-23 school year as the Middle School Head Volleyball Coach and is now the Head Varsity Volleyball Coach.

Jackie is married to David Richards and together they have 3 children, Chritsian-12th grade at Tascosa, and Jax-9th grade and Bella- 8th grade, who both attend Ascension Academy.

She has 5 dogs- Shyla, Moose, Bird, Flash, and Cookie, and her hobbies include gardening, reading, volleyball, and crafting.
