    Ascension Academy Sophomore JT Hassell can often be found in a piano practice room on the science wing of Ascension Academy fine tuning a perfect melody with his expert fingers.   • ACCT Wordworks Awards

    Ascension Academy Sixth-grader Alex Nair, Seventh-grader Eleisha Miller, and Junior Megan Nair all won awards for prose and poetry at Amarillo College Conservatory Theatre's Wordworks competition and were honored at a reception at Amarillo College Ordway Auditorium Tuesday, November 27. Miller was a Top Three Winner in Division Two Poetry for Grades 6-7. She wrote Moms, the Best Idea in the World.   Read More...
