Theater Arts is one of Ascension’s fastest growing programs. Led by Theater Director, Liz Wilson, students learn the basics of acting, design, and technical theater. A comprehensive instruction in the history of theater, Shakespeare, and theatrical make-up is an essential component of the Ascension thespian experience.
Each Fall the high school theater thespians produce on a sold-out dessert theater production. In addition, the middle school theater puts on a comedy show in the Spring with the assistance of high school theater interns and technical theater.
